Why was an "evil being" in heaven before he was thrown down to earth like a bolt of lightning?

The bible doesnt really say much about the evil being " before " - i dont think it does anyway - but it does say he was in heaven in the very presence of GOD, "again" in Job - seems as if he is checking in and getting ideas from GOD. Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? this proves to me that God can look upon evil - but that is another topic.

This is what i really want to say.
i was thinking about the words "evil-being" ... it seems to mean more than doing evil and it is more than even acting evil - it is evil ITSELF, its very BEING. God is the only one that creates Beings. Could evil itself - as a being - just create itself? it makes no difference if the being "FELL" from HOLY to EVIL, because they are two different and seperate state-of-BEINGS or existances because darkness is not a different form of light, it is a all together different BEING - does evil hold within itself - a seperate power source than that of GOD? Does it originate or create itself, from itself - or from some different power than that of Gods Power? Is there another power source than God All Powerful? Is there life any where but His Life. Is there an existence that exist that God didnt create? Is there anywhere ( including circumstances ) where God isnt? What about HELL - surely you can not find God in such a evil place?

- for "if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there." Psalm 139:8
Oh no, He is there in HELL too. Next time we feel He cant look upon us because of our sin remember this verse. and that He is with you even while you are missing the mark of Christ in the Flesh. there isnt anywhere where He isnt.

Lets leave satan for awhile and go to Man. Did Adams choice - marr, taint or warp the image of God in us? Is Adam responsible for creating our sin nature? Did the power of Human Choice CREATE a sin nature or a sinful-BEING out of thin air?
NO. the fall of men is a strange place to find people worshipping the power of man (self). Just because we broke the first law doesnt mean that we had the power to create a differnet NATURE. The fact that we dis-obeyed and broke the first law ( thou shall not eat of the tree ) proves that the nature was already in us - placed in us. He was the one that placed that inside - we can only be who we are - we didnt create the being or the nature that made that choice. Eve was just being who she was- is.

everyone agrees that GOD knew it would happen because He is all knowing - but how many know that HE IS ALL-POWERFUL and that means ALL power is HIS - and that there is no power seperate from HIM. NONE.... SIN - DEATH - EVIL - CHOICE hold no power within there self. and they can not exist with there own power because they have no power - the fallen nature ( BEING ) cant originate or be created from the power of a mans choice, that would make IT ( the choice ) the Creator - neither can the fallen nature be sustained or continue without Gods power sustaining it. -

Why Father? Why did you let it happen.
Oh, Glorious DAY - when you will look at Christ in me and say -
"IT NEVER DID HAPPEN! You where never marred, tainted or blemished! enter thou into the joy of thy Lord."

Romans 8:20 (Amplified Bible)
20 For the creation (nature, creature) was subjected to vanity - frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it--[yet] with the HOPE.

OUR CHRIST IS THE HOPE! O' HAPPY DAY.
This is God calling things that are not, as though they were - because they are. HE HAS FAITH! HE IS FAITH!
