Unfulfilled Prophecy

A Christian man was looking to charter a flight from Kansas City to Denver at a private airport. He was only able to locate one available pilot... He approached the pilot and explained his needs... The pilot looked at him like he was crazy.

"Haven't you been listening to the weather?" The pilot asked. "There are tornado warnings over most of the state!"

Unfettered, the Christian said, "It is ok, I have unfulfilled prophecy in my life. Nothing can happen to me until the prophecy is fulfilled."

The pilot was impressed by this showing of faith, and agreed to fly the man to Denver.

A few hours into the flight, the winds picked up and the plane went into a tail spin, it was inevitable that they were going to crash.

The pilot, understandably upset, said to the man: "I thought you said you had unfulfilled prophecy, and that God would protect you!"

The man said, "oh, I forgot to mention what the prophecy was... God told me that I would be the sole survivor of a plane crash."
